ACCOMMODATION

The 130 villas are discreetly placed amidst beautiful landscaping, each occupying its own piece of sandy shore, or private deck above the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon. Said to be some of the largest villas in the world, the 69 Beach Villas start at 135sq m, the Beach Villas with pool are 165 sq m, and 30 Ocean Villas are 149 sq m, whilst the 5 Grand Beach Villas and 2 Grand Ocean Villas with pool are 260 sq m and 241 sq m respectively.

Beach Villas are decorated using beautiful natural materials and feature air-conditioning, flat screen television,DVD, surround sound system, telephone, large bathroom with separate shower. They have a two-sided terrace overlooking the beach with a sitting area and sun-beds.

Beach Villas with Pool also has a private pool.

Ocean Villas are built on stilts over the water with steps to the lagoon. They have a flat screen television, DVD and a sundeck and netting suspended over the lagoon for sunbathing.

Reethi Restaurant is set over the lagoon; Tapasake Restaurant serves sushi and seafood; Informal Fanditha Restaurant; Pool side Rah Bar for snacks and cocktails;

Dining here is the epitome of island chic; salads and snacks are served poolside or in the Rah Bar; the Fanditha Restaurant offers Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine, Tapasake is for Japanese dishes presented tapas style, whilst the main Reethi Restaurant showcases eclectic cuisine in thatched pavilions overlooking the lagoon. FACILITIES

Swimming pool; Watersports including scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing and windsurfing. Sports and activities include tennis, beach football and beach volleyball.

Typical of a One&Only resort, there is always plenty to do. The Watersports Centre offers dive trips and PADI certifications, big game fishing and sunset dhoni fishing; dolphin and sunset cruises, windsurfers, pedalos and catamarans and sailing and windsurfing lessons are also available.
